Akij Group’s (since 1953) latest venture AKIJ CEMENT READY MIX CONCRETE (ACRMC). In the various sector of business Akij have 18 big industry, more than 40 commercial institution around 60,000 employee directly works. The ACRMC plant is equipped with automatic batching plant, transit mixers, concrete pumps and fully equipped laboratory which eliminates human errors to guarantee consistent concrete production. A twin shaft mixer, the latest innovation mixer technology used internationally, ensures uniform mixing of batch.
Operated by visualized production management software and automated PLC controller (Simen ,India) • Ensured 24 hours production facility with own generator. • Per day concrete production capacity 30000cft. • 2 separate cement silo each of 100 MTs capacities. • 2 World class concrete Pump, capacity of lifting concrete up to 25th floor. • 12 Transit Mixers Trucks with 7.5m3 and 9m3 capacity. • Able to produce high strength durable concrete up to 6000psi • Strategically located Batching Plant. • Underground pure water is used in proper ratio with RMC.
